Wanting to buy a nice camera as a gift right around 200 dollar range. Please advise.
Even though I’m a long time Nikon man, I’d have to go with the Fujifilm Finepix S1500.It has a view finder you can actually look through.The Nikon only has an LCD screen.When you’re outside in bright sun light you can’t see the screen very well.The Canon has a different feel to it.You can really hold the Fuji.It has more of a grip to hold onto.
I don’t like CNET’s reviews.They never like anything.I’d go to amazon.com and see what the actual buyers say.The Fuji is selling for around $160 as we speak.But then add on decent batteries and a memory card.
